When I notified better mobile experience I was having a problem they gave me a fifth battery to try out and in the end I didn't pay for any of them since they weren't working properly on my s25 ultra they seem to work reasonably well now but I went through a lot of different case changes to find one that would actually work. Customer service with these guys is rather good the little air ones are perfect for night out if you want a 5k Quick Charge.
