My overall experience was fine but I did contact your company a couple of times trying to upgrade my purchase to a larger size. I did receive an email stating you would send the larger size but when my order arrived it was the smaller size. That’s really my only complaint. I wish I would have been able to upgrade to the larger size press.

It took a bit longer than I expected but that’s okay, I realise it’s come quite a distance. The wrapping was ok, it arrived undamaged because of the padding but the cardboard box was splitting and could have done with being more robust or more tape?
