Not sure how marketing came up with Zymatic for a name as it sounds like a hardware product from the tool section at Bunnings. Also the bottle packaging and labelling is very uninspiring and a little frail looking and if knocked easily falls off the window shelf or cistern into the toilet. Needs a sturdier squat shaped bottle that sits on cistern that you just pump once with your hand ( or with back of your hand or wrist to avoid germs learned during Covid days0 without having to 'pick it up' and pump it manually and place it down carefully again so it stands up straight and doesnt roll onto its side and slide off the small cistern area on to the germ ridden floor where it will lay till someone like me picks it up again. And yes i am a germaphobic so i like things to be handsfree and germfree where possible. Recommend you go back to the drawing board and redesign the bottle shape, the bottle name and the bottle packaging and labelling to be more consumer friendly , germ resistant, sturdy, attractive to view and grab and offers a better texture on the toilet paper that doesnt resemble goo or 'lube' with a fresh scent. Sorry but this is a total fail all round from me . A hard pass
