Only received one of the knives. I was supposed to receive 2. They shift it in up plastic envelope instead of a box. It was tore open on the end and one of the knives was missing out of it. Contact them They said they were going to let the warehouse know. It has been weeks and I have still not had a reply back. Contact them again. There's still no reply.

After waiting 2 weeks I had to leave for family business, missing the delivery by 2 days. I reached out to the postal service used by samurai and informed them I wouldn't be back for a month, they "made a note". Once returning the shipment had been returned to sender. I reached out to samurai and told them of the situation, the communication was terrible with a week of no reply here and there. They told me they'd look into it but then said they couldn't find it and now aren't replying at all.. so $150 and nothing to be seen or heard of... extremely disappointing.
