Well I just had a delivery and when I opened the bag the order was wrong, “my fault” I guess I ordered the wrong bundles. I texted Chris and let him know I wanted to swap out two jars of Lava chili for two extra spicy. Chris said no he’s going to ship me two extra spicy,at no charge.And he did. I’m so embarrassed with the service that Chris and Lou have provided me over the years. Keep up the great work guys.
