This site explicitly advertises "Buy 4 custom charms get 2 free!" I ordered 6 and was charged for 5 instead of 4. When I raised this to the support team, they referenced details from a different order on a different website (m y i t a l i a n c h a r m s dot com) and didn't reference this order nor my concern about the improper pricing applied, nor the false advertising and poor business. I greatly respect overseas businesses, working in manufacturing myself, and it's poor service and businesses
