The purchasing experience was fine but it’s frustrating that as soon as I try these on, I can no longer return them. From the very first ride, I knew these were uncomfortable, but unfortunately, I’m just stuck with them now. I get that they can no longer be sold once they’re worn, but to me that should not be the criteria for what warrants a return. I would like to see the company stand behind their product and ensure customer satisfaction above the ability to resell.
