I must say I was disappointed when I ordered my juicer. When I was ordering it, it wasn’t until I had paid that I was notified that the juicer that I had ordered was on back order. I was so excited and then to be told that I had to wait was very disappointing. Also it was a long wait 4 to 5 weeks. I feel that I should have been told that I would have to wait 4-5 weeks before I paid. Other than that I am very happy with my juicer.
