Total scam do not touch

Still not convinced this is a real business - I received goods but I need to return them - when I request the website is out - they say it’s a bug but been down for 2 weeks - still received no returns instructions - terrible service

T-shirts are decent, but sizing and service are a nightmare The T-shirts themselves are good quality, but the sizing comes up small, even though I followed their fitting guide. What really lets them down is the customer service or lack of it. I’ve emailed them three times with no reply and even tried reaching out on Instagram. Nothing. If you order the wrong size, don’t expect any help. You’ll be stuck with items you can’t wear and can’t return. Avoid unless you’re 100% sure on sizing.

There was no mention when ordering that any returns would be to FRANCE. therefore half my return amount has gone on postage

Website easy to use and ordering the same. Delivery takes about 10 days but worth the wait.

Customer service is terrible No delivery and I refuse to submit a handwritten note, it’s 2025 and the email I have sent should be sufficient. I would rather lose £49 than be dictated to by a rubbish company. A hand written note for gods sake, what age do you live in?

Small size is too large and there is no option for an XS. I’ve tried contacting customer support to arrange a return but have had to chase 3 x times and still not had any update in 120 business hours since my initial request.

T shirts didn’t seem good quality and returns process is lengthy.

Arrived in good time and packaging is very well done totally recyclable

As previously stated I never received the items as they took too long to supposedly ship and deliver

The advert should state that items are not actually from UK

Bad customer service no comms

Did not realise they come from China, so longer wait then thought, but that’s just a minor query. Packaging very good !

I placed an order # 1058 on 2nd June. I emailed a week later to enquire about delivery. Didn’t receive any reply. I wrote on Facebook post. No reply. Received 4 T shirts of the wrong size on the 14th June. I emailed back asking for advice about what to do. No return/replacement note in the package. No reply. I followed up today the 17th June. No response. I sent a message on messenger. No reply. There is no phone number. I’m beginning to wonder if 1. This is not a real business but just a one

regularly checked on site to see delivery progress. delivery took too long really but i got them and love the quality. much better than my usual teeshirt from M&S.

Arrived around a week after I ordered . Shirts came individually packaged . No complaints. Great product
