The product took weeks to be delivered. I had given up hope and chalked it up to lost money. When delivered, the pants were clearly impossible. I ordered my regular size and even though I had lost ome weight, I was unable to wear pants in a size I am currently wearing. Just not fun for me. I thought they were well made and I was sad thst it didn't work out.. I'll find something I can enjoy elsewhere

Emailed customer service and did not receive a response. Order took so long that the order link expired, tracking was non existent once it got to the states.

Waited over a month and never received them and they still have my money

Horrible quality - feel like I’ve been duped. Would love to return or get my money back. Super long shipping and very cheap product. Disappointed for sure.

It's been over a month since I ordered and I still have not received it. I've asked for a refund twice and was told no, it's already shipped. Tracking seems to indicate it's still in China.

The wrong item was received - I received v-neck shirts instead of the ordered item of pants.

The only thing worse than the product is the customer service. I am still waiting on a response to return the pants, and ny connect was deleted from the Facebook post.
