Pitty you can't use the gift card at the shop as you need to fit clothes and shoes. Then if you get your order and something doesn't fit you wait for your return. Order placed 13 Jan, received order on the 19th and logged returned for the too small shoes same day (19th). Courier collected on the 21st and now (23rd)I still waiting for the new size to be delivered and hope it fits. I did phone your helpline and the also said I can't exchange in store, have to do it online.
