Worst experience! First had a 5 week long experience after buying the cherokee hikers where the shoes started coming apart after 3 wears. Went through a 5 week long frustrating experience with non responsive management to get a replacement and when I finally got them, after just 1 wear the patriot boots were the least comfortable in fact painful boots I have ever worn -we are in week 4 of requesting replacement that they promised & they (management) have been avoiding me, instead of helping!
