Excellent customer service, my bottle was cracked during shipping, and I was sent a replacement bottle immediately… Repeat customer here, their scents are amazing, always get compliments when I’m wearing them…highly recommend Smel for both product and service. 👍

Fast delivery just doesn’t smell quite right

Fast delivery, well wrapped and great product.

The scent doesn’t seem to last as long as the previous ones I ordered but great smel all the same.

Completly inconsistent smells batch to batch.

I tried to purchase three fragrances as a bundle, but none of them were available which is why I selected the mystery bundle in the hope a few of them would be usable, sadly that’s not the case.

Smelt absolutely nothing like amber oud, was supposed to be next day delivery paid extra for it but it took 2 days. Once arrived and I noticed it smelt nothing and I mean nothing like amber oud I sent a message to say I want to return, took days for a response, sent it back and my refund took well over a week to come through including a chase up email to ask where my refund was. This company when it was copycat fragrances was fantastic I can no longer say that. Extremely disappointed from start

Used YouSmel since they were Copycat Fragrances and always been impressed, until now. Ordered 5 men’s mystery fragrances on next-day delivery, first shipment damaged in transit and returned to sender. Got 4 bottles nearly 2 weeks later — 2 of them womens. Packaging looked like it had gone through a mosh pit. Customer Services offered endless apologies but no solutions. Credit card company now sorting it. Shame really — could’ve been fixed with a quick resend and a bit of goodwill.

I have returned the perfume and still not received a refund

Easy to order, arrived quickly and smells great; but.... names of scents 'rubbed off' with handling of small bottle.

Delivery and time very good,perfume smells nice but doesn't last more than half hour now days we have noticed,like the ingredients have been watered down.used to swear by SMEL and Black Cat before they changed but last couple of purchases don't last like they used to
