The order was ultimately delivered on 5 June 2026, after a delay of approximately 14 business days, significantly exceeding the advertised delivery timeframe of 2–8 business days for which I paid an additional shipping fee. Furthermore, I was required to pay an unexpected additional charge of €178.68 to Team Global Express Pty Ltd, Botany, AU 2019, which had not been disclosed at the time of purchase. Due to this delay, I have lost a professional assignment.
