Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. I ordered the bag, and although the website indicated a shipping time of 7-12 days, it actually took eight days just for them to send the package. As of today, after more than a month, the bag still hasn’t arrived. Furthermore, even if I had wanted to return it, I would only have been refunded a portion of the cost. The customer service did respond, but they didn’t provide any real help. Long shipping times and unsatisfactory service. I do not recommend
