The product works as advertised but I don't think you provide enough comparison information regarding the "clinical grade" vs the standard brush. Since my results are the same as they were with the original brush, I'm inclined to conclude that the "clinical grade" is a marketing slogan that's unsupported by any actual study data. Seems like "clinical grade" is a money grab, which I why I no longer recommend Great Gums to friends and family. I feel ripped off.
