Horrendous customer service. Product quality seemed good minus the cheap locks/ latches they use, which are the only thing keeping this shut because there’s no zipper on the aluminum carryons.
Defective from the m first trip, and no accountability from company to make it right. Infect they made things much worse from a brand perception perspective by the insane way they handled my request to replace the bag.
