It was real difficult to cancel the subscription. We did finally come to an agreement.

American follars do vosts more thsn it serms. Dubsctipyions set ip eether you want it or not. Much happier to try snd buy if i want yo. Something off about sending out without asking first. Overdrawn my acvount codting me fees. Icwa not notified of impending withdrawl. Tried ensiling earlier and would not go through. Not happy.

Quick delivery, didn't expect to be on auto ship, nearly cancelled because of that. I am willing to give the product more time to prove your claims

You put me on a continuous membership I don’t remember ever signing up for. Don’t want one

Two of us are currently trying the product daily, and neither of us can feel any difference while taking the product. At this rate, I will be requesting my money back. The infomercial, and I have read several, is greatly over-hyped.

Original shoping was great but had difficulty finding it again. So we purchased H2 from another source. Was quite delighted to find that I had inadvertantly made a repeat (monthly ??) order. Have not noticed any great changes in health as yet but will keep on it for at least another few weeks,

There was some trouble with delivery, but I think that has been handled.

I canceled this subscription but the assistant helping me offered me free product instead of canceling this account. So I was charged again and 30 days after being charged I still do not have product to return.

They made things right

After more than five emails back and forth, they still have not canceled my subscription. I should not have to jump through hoops.

I’m out an extra hundred dollars because my cancellation request wasn’t honored.

It takes a long time to receive the product. Once received the product works great.

Since taking it, I have felt no difference.

Never got my order and was charged twice. 2 different amounts. I disputed the charges with my bank.

Wanted to cancel before shipped but order sent anyway.

They don't respond when emailed or reply back to any correspondence. I've asked for my subscription to be canceled and they sent more and charge me. Which I do not want and want a refund for

I wanted a refund, but I had to pay shipping. The shipping because you are NOT in the USA was too expensive so I had to keep the product.

Discontinue my subscription as I've asked multiple times. The pill makes water taste like metal. I threw the first shipment away and didn't receive the second shipment you charged me for this time.
