Neutral. I did not realise I was signing u for a membership. I bought 8 packs of Prime Cell thinking that would last some time to fully assess the product but was then approached to accept a second shipment only 2 days after I received the first one. I am a pensioner in Australia and the supplement cost is quite high plus the exchange rate makes each individual pack even more expensive and there is an additional charge from local banks to administer the transfer
