Was charged for expedited shipping and it still took over 2 weeks to get them . Then when I got them they look and work nothing like what they were said to be .. I actually would love a total refund but I'm very doubtful I'd get it . Will not recommend these .

Order placed first contained 2 deliveries and a subscription. 2nd deliver on its way before I could cancel the subscription. Did receive a 20% refund (or at least it is on its way).

Meds were late getting here, people have been generally supportive but I'm not sure of the metrics I should expect to see... My concern centers on the brain fog.

Was signed up for subscription, without it being made clear. I just happened to contact you and ask, and it took a couple of emails to get it canceled. Really, you should be more clear about what you are getting us into. Would NOT recommend doing business with you.

Tech support has been great.

Product made me vomit. I was told to try with juice. I wanted to return and even though it is developed in the USA I would have to return to China. Crazy if you ask me. To avoid dealing with the cost to return and dealing with customs, I opted for the 30% Partial Refund. I am still waiting on that refund. You are fast to mail it out but super slow to refund. I have other companies do refunds to PayPal in a day or two. I don't understand the holdup.

I never intended to be on an auto ship yet I got a notification that I was getting another 90-day order before I finished my first 30 days of a 90-day subscription .that is taking my money without my permission. I didn't sign up for that

This is a scam, this magnesium compound is available at our local pharmacy over the counter. Not what was relayed in the ad. We want our money back and all future shipments stopped.

A little less emails at this time would be great.

Amazing I love it

I was able to easily stop my automatic subscription but I have to wait for the 2nd order to arrive then contact again and get a refund. I will be sending all but 1 open package back as it is within the 90-day refund period. Sadly it's to CHINA so i'll probably pay as much for shipping as it cost me to buy. I will see the cost of a return to determine if i return it. I spent almost 200 for it so maybe it will be.

Can’t communicate with you .

Shipping was a nightmare. It took many attempts at finding a delivery service for my area. I tried to cancel but they wouldn’t. One order got returned only to have another attempt. I really wanted to cancel but like I said they were adamant about sending the order.
