The prime cell product gave me severe cramping and made me sick. I sent an email explaining this and that I wanted to cancel the product but they told me another order had already been shipped out so it couldn’t be canceled and I received it almost a month later. This they said was expedited shipping. They are though going to refund me 20% of my $99.90 for the purchase.
