Very poor communication. I called several times and no answer. Emailed several times without an answer. I maybe received 2 emails back out of 7 or 8 that I sent. I even asked for a call and sent my number and never received a call back. My fiddle leaf fig had freeze damage to the top 8 leaves. The other two plants I received were dried and dead within 24 hours. I’m suspecting freeze damage as well even though I paid for freeze protected shipping.
