This company has some of the worst customer service . I ordered plants that when delivered were dead. The dirt reeked of cigarette smoke and root rot! I called no answers, so I eventually emailed them and they did jot address the issue. I purchased 3 plants and only got two and the two arrived dead!!!! I ask for a full refund and was sent a like on the return policy. I will now have to work with my bank to get my money back! Do not buy from them!!!!!!!

Very punitive return policy. I had ordered a pot to go with a plant I ordered expecting they would come together but instead the plant arrived 2 weeks before and the pot still hasn’t shipped. I asked them to cancel the pot, which they said they would but instead they shipped it. When I tried to return it, since I didn’t want it anymore, they tried to charge me $99 restocking fee to return the pot, which cost $132. A complete waste of money all around, but I had to keep it and find some use for it because they wouldn’t take it back without the charge. The tree came healthy and is doing well, but be aware of the return policy here, even on simple items like pots
