Tried to cancel my order within the first 30 minutes and the website said that the order could be canceled within 6 hours. Never happened since you can only contact Peakstra via email, and then "Holly" gets back to you after the product has ostensibly shipped, even though it was a couple more days before I received notification of shipment. I'm wondering if this is scam company.

I never received my package. I checked with neighbors and they didn't receive it either by accident. I reached out to see if we could maybe ship to another address since it never came in and they told me there was no way since it had already showed delivered on their end. I am sure someone got my package but it was not me. I ordered two bags and I was initially excited about receiving them but unfortunately it did not work out that way.

When I wanted to cancel, the bot said it was too late then proceeded to tell me I should donate it to someone. That's probably because it's sent from China. Can't do that since I still haven't received it. No human to talk to. Don't buy it, this is a scam.
