Shipping issues. Received the wrong order. And some of what I wanted was now out of stock. Replacement shipment did not have my complete address so Fed Ex could not deliver. Was told I had to fix it with Fed Ex. I could not get a hold on anyone at Fed Ex, only there automated system telling me that the receiver cannot fix only the shipper. So then your company contacted Fed Ex and the package got back into the queue. It was stressful. I have been ordering my Harmonic Arts for years and thinking probably best to just find your products in the store if I want them rather than ordering.
