When ordering online, I normally expect quick delivery. When my items had not arrived after a couple of weeks, I emailed. I was pleasantly surprised to received a quick response, apologising and explaining that one item was out of stock and given the option to remove that item or wait, I elected to wait and the items arrived, very carefully packed and secured, beautifully presented within 10 days. Overall, good service which would only have been enhanced with a proactive update.
