My bad for not paying more attention to the statement that it takes 5 to 10 BUSINESS days. I got frustrated when that turned in to 18 calendar days. But Big Moods did include that disclaimer. They said they print the orders on demand, so they are fresh. Hence the time it takes to fulfill and ship the orders.
