I already shared how horrible my experience has been with Kleos. But I will repeat what I already said because I feel it is that important . . . Buyers beware that’s all I can say. My experience with this company has been horrendous. Receiving the wrong product then finally receiving the right product. Was I able to try it for 90 days? No they counted their shipping time out of my 90 days so I ended up with 22 days to try the product. I don’t think it would’ve mattered because the product did not work. So I contacted the company about getting a refund and was given a Canadian address to which to ship it back. It did not come from a Canadian address. It came from New York so I ought to be able to return it to New York or at least within the United States. The cost of the return bottle almost empty, cost more than what I paid for the product to begin with so obviously, I am not returning it, but I’m guessing those involved in this company know how fraudulent and underhanded t these business practices are. Didn’t realize it was over seas and there is a foreign fee but it still came pretty quickly. That being said, had I known it was coming outside of USA I would not have purchased

Took a long time to receive the product order.

It was easy to check out on the site, however; shipping took way longer than I thought it would, and since this did nothing for me I can’t rate this any better

Took several weeks to get my first bottle which is longer than I expected, but the order did finally arrive and I have been getting regular communications from the company. So far so good.

The 100% return/refund policy is inaccurate. You have to pay to return and it was very expensive.

Sent the wrong product at first but quickly corrected the mistake at no cost to me and I got to keep the wrong product, which I will try.

I wish this product worked for me I take Magnesium glycinate regularly. But this product didn’t make a difference and I still wake up at 3 am everyday
