My original order got delivered to the wrong address, it was like banging my head against a brick wall telling you it had not arrived, I was asked for pictures of the outside of my house which I supplied. I then got an email back saying that there was proof it was delivered. ( yes it was delivered but not to my house) I then had to explain everything again and even sent a screen shot from google maps of the front of my house showing it was a completely different house where it had been delivered
