Looked online for a collar. HEEL Roam 350 was in the first slot. Continued to research but I kept coming back to your website. Easy order process. Fast delivery. Very impressed with the packaging, tool and manual. And online manual read before making the purchase. Also your Ai is phenomenal and kept track of all my log ins conversations. Impressive. I asked a ton of questions and only missed on one. Weight of collar. For all the electronic engineering, the charging door flaps are a little weak.
