Wagging Rights store reviewsSee product reviews

As per the reviews before I ordered, delivery was delayed but Max emailed, explained what was causing the delay and kept me informed on when I could expect the order so I wasn’t worried that it might not turn up. I think this is a genuine small business and he’s trying his best.

Very slow delivery and was only dispatched when I requested a refund

Excellent customer service.

Will recommend them to everyone. This is a great product from a great company

Slightly delayed but well worth the wait. Quality is excellent.

The order took a while to come. But communication was excellent and product is brilliant!

Trying to cancel item was a nightmare took along time to arrive which was why I needed to cancel as I unfortunately didn’t need it. Still waiting to send the item back but if I still needed it I would definitely keep it

Long delay in receiving the pod

Any questions were answeted

Max the founded was very good at keeping in touch before delivery

Took a very long time to arrive

Excellent good luck guys excellent idea

Great company.

Delayed but good communication throughout.

Lovely company to deal with worth the wait for product as both my munchkins love it !

Slow and poor communication

Delivery was lengthy but communication from Max was excellent

Came quicker than expected

Website easy to use and payment process.

Expensive for what it is. Late arriving. No instructions and not enough information on advert.

Excellent, liked the emails from the owner with order updates.

Product - wonderful but Company - awful.

Promised next day dispatch. Arrived 2 weeks later

Very happy with everything, thank you.

N

Good contact with the company especially about delivery times and delay b

As stated.

It arrived as I was told

Shite

My only issue was the long wait for the product, I think the delivery times could have been made clearer at time of ordering. But Max was always responsive to emails.

I was kept informed about the late delivery, once I enquired. Once the product was delivered and I requested instructions there was no communication

Max was very prompt in replying to enquiries. Only reason not 5 stars is that it was months between ordering and delivery and I was a bit surprised by how it looked when it arrived. I almost damaged the inserts thinking the grey fabric was packaging.

Easy to order. Had to wait but kept informed all the way along

Excellent

After an initial delay in receiving the item through no fault of Wagging Rights, I was appreciative that Max was proactive in getting in touch and keeping me informed.

Was easy to order and max kept me up to date on when item would be arriving. Amazing quality product, super happy

Had a long wait due to a shipping problem but well worth wait and Max kept us updated of ETA .

The customer service, emails etc was amazing; just the product wasn't right for me.
