Terrible experience. The shoes arrived without the booster. Still waiting for the instructions regarding the refund/return label. I will probably have to report them and contact my bank for a refund.

I am very upset with this company. I’ve already sent several emails trying to return the sneakers I bought because they fit a little big and, on top of that, I simply didn’t like them at all. Even in my correct size they look huge — the sole sticks out and it just doesn’t look good. The worst part is that no one replies to my emails, and I haven’t been given any solution. I bought two pairs of shoes. My size is US 8 (38–39), but when I received them, the size marked on the shoes was 41. I contacted them to return the items, but they didn’t give me a return label and told me I had to pay for the return shipping myself. The cost to send a package from the U.S. back to China is even higher than the price of the two pairs of shoes! This is terrible. It’s a complete scam.
