Grate.

The website was easy to navigate. I was able to pick the shoes that I wanted. They showed up exactly what I was expecting and they fit perfectly.

From start to finish from buying to everything after has been a great experience!

No one responds to my emails.

You have to pay to the return and it goes to china not here in the US

When I placed the order I noticed immediately that it was going to be delivered to the wrong address. I immediately called- no answer left a message. I also emailed them to cancel or change the address. Called again left another message. I received an email 4 days later telling me that the order had been shipped! I literally called and emailed them within two minutes of placing the order. I will never order from this company again! Also the sneakers are not 4” high!!!!!

You have very misleading advertising and it’s a shame because I will be placing ads everywhere possible to stop people from ordering from you because you hide the fact that the return has to be mailed to China. You will be out of business in no time.

I ordered the wrong size and design, i tried to cancel immediately but it takes a while to get response and it's hard to cancel. BUT they are very nice to correct it and did not charge me. I still get the wrong order but they are willing to send me the right size I want. It's a nice shoes but not comfortable for me. I want soft, light, tall comfy shoes. Because I'am in my 50's :) But my daughter tried it and love it!

No 4 inches. Very dissatisfied. 3 inches is the exact height. Then you have insoles to put it to make the heel higher even though that’s not what is advertised. Sent in a request to customer service but no reply yet.

You didn't check your product before shipping and sent two right shoes. I need to return and get refunded. Very unhappy with your service. And I dont want to get charged for returning as this was not my mistake. Thank you.
