Took ages to arrive and they sent the wrong tracking details, after hassling for a refund due to two weeks waiting for it to dispatch, miraculously a new tracking number was assigned and it arrived 10 days later. They didn't even bother to send me the new tracking details either, just kep replying with a stock "it's on its way". Rubbish company to deal with.

Very slow shipping when I bought the first unit but I just expected that but waiting so long for the replacement is not good customer service if that was my company I would have had the replacement unit air freighted to get it to the customer ASAP to keep them happy with the customer experience so I would tell anybody now great product takes ages to turn up and if you have a problem you will wait for ages
