VortexHaus store reviewsSee product reviews

Very easy to deal with.

Had to contact seller numerous times to finally get the blower, thought I was being scammed for a while.

very prompt in returning emails and calls

Great

No problem. They were very communicative. About 2 weeks to arrive.

The number of advertising emails was a bit excessive.

Good

Ordering was fine. What I would expect.

Easy, try it you will love it.

Outstanding

Two out of my three of the ones I bought didn’t last one minute they started smoking damn near burned my hand off!

Easy peasy - wish the shipping was a little shorter - other than that very please - excellent communication

Took forever to get my order from them.

Pay $20 for expedited processing and shipping and to me it was a very slow process took over a week from anywhere in the USA by ground it would take less than a week

Awesome personal customer service.

No comment. Totally unhappy & unsatisfied customer.

Very easy to shop online

I was skeptical at first, but want give it a try and now I have it, I absolutely love it.

Love it!!

Sent a message with my problems finding a battery and got no response.

Customer service is extremely accommodating which is much appreciated.

Flawless transaction, ease of site navigation top tier

I wish it would work like the advertisement shows.

Some of the customer service people like Marielle and Diane were spectacular and World Class while a couple others needed to reset. The marketing campaign is way over board with the AI antics and message, it isnt that strong and you never hear the loud squeal sound on them.

Good communication

I utilize this in so many different ways. It’s perfect for getting water our vehicles. Most importantly I use it for my bikes. My bike bikes are 13 $14,000 and it is perfect and gives me a nice feeling of reassurance that I’m not gonna have problems with the crank the gas at the electric shifting, etc., because the water is moved off. I love this tool.

I bought two so as to keep one in each vehicle! Worked well on our Toyota Highlander but had to switch out batteries for our GMC Dually! Love how light they are!

Great communication with customer service in handling issues I had with delivery. Apparently, the chosen shipping company (GOFO) refused to deliver to my post box because it is located inside the post office, a federal building. By the time my order was returned to Vortexhaus and re-shipped to an acceptable address, it took about 6 weeks. I am glad to finally have the Mach in my garage.

Over all good. Shipping took a long time and there was not a lot of communication letting you know the status

Very easy, thank you

You guys smashed my experience you kept me informed every step of the way from acepting my order to transit & on to delivery as i'm overseas thank you for the development of your product please feel free to contact me for further experiences with our device if you have any more future gadgets please let me know I will advocate &recommend you in the future

The experience was fine. Only the product was not as expected.

Can't use it,,the battery you recommend doesn't fit !

Easy to order, fair shipping times

Product burned up within 10 seconds of use.

As I said in previous comments I feel mis lead by the hype. Clearly you were clearing inventory to bring out the new one

Love the product!

I should have used it right away to understand just how it operates.

It went pretty good

Sipping was super slow, progress emails were confusing. As is my review as I reviewed it earlier.
