I received the new bumper buddy pillow today after how many weeks of waiting for it and so much more weeks since I ordered the first one.  I am utterly disappointed to let you know that I still haven't received the connector strap (which goes across a babies chest) along with the new pillow AGAIN. This makes the pillow absolutely USELESS to me as it's unable to remain on my babies back without the connector strap to hold it in place. The two straps across his shoulders alone is not sufficient.
