Great! Easy to order and got to me fast!

Impossible to return, have to cover my own return cost, had to wait five days to hear back from them to return

My order never arrived. It said it was delivered but I never received it. I’ve been asking for a refund or a replacement. I have not heard back from the support team.

Shit show Too small Now I requested refund and then they offering me to pay 56 +/- Cad to replace 4 items then came back with 2 items per that $ then they would refund if I pay shipment payment to CHINA AND THEIR TAXES! when actual office address is in USA. very tricky situation that they have never stated in the website as disclaimer- DO NOT PURCHASE- I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING LAST 2 -3 WEEKS TO RESOLVE THIS..now they told me not to send Items now only 20% of my money as the refund! Ridiculous!

Takes to long to send it. I ordered it and customer service said it’s not made and that takes 7 something days and then I asked for refund and they said no and got it in next 7 days but takes up to 10-18 days for delivery.

I had a great experience with Perfect Corset NY Clothing. I purchased four corsets and I’m honestly impressed with the quality. They are beautifully made, very comfortable, and fit perfectly. The materials feel durable and premium. You can really tell that a lot of attention goes into the design and craftsmanship. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this brand.

This was such a waste of money. The quality feels flimsy and cheap — I honestly think Amazon has better corsets. I’m extremely disappointed. The flower detail is tiny, almost like it’s meant for a baby, which was nothing like I expected. Overall, from customer service to the product itself, this has been a very disappointing experience.
