had an extremely disappointing experience with this brand. My package took almost two months to arrive, which is completely unacceptable. At no point was I contacted by email, and I was never informed of any delay, issue, or update regarding my order. I sent several emails to customer service and received no response whatsoever. The only way I managed to get any kind of reply was by reaching out to the brand directly on Instagram, which is not normal or professional for order-related issues.
