That's great!

My Item took 2 months to arrive.

since i need to exchange / return 2 of the 3 items, I am in touch with customer service but it's overall very slow and not proactive enough. In fact, return is not an option and it was not clearly mentioned when I purchased the articles. Probably i would not have bought them if i knew. I am also OK with an exchange but so far i have not had any options offered to me and waiting to see if i should pay for the exchange myself which would be truly disappointing.

With some I want to send back, because it is the wrong size... seems to be a problem for this company. We are Emailing, with no effort untill now. A returnlabel in the package, like with all other brands, would be correct , I think. Or an adress. Something like this.

Your follow-up customer service and return/exchange policy is very disappointing. I gave a long explanation in the field for reviewing your product. It's funny that you only allow 500 characters in this field, where I would tell you how awful your customer service is.

Customer service was terrible. Just wanted an exchange.

Hello, I am writing to report an issue with my recent order. The product arrived two months after purchase, while your website clearly states a delivery time of 13 business days. Unable to return

The corset looks different. In the photo and video it appears white, but in reality even the fabric inserts at the back are beige, not white, which makes it look cheaper and not as shown in the pictures. Also, the cups of the corset fit terribly. But the main reason for my negative review is that it cannot be returned. The website states that returns are possible within 14 days, but you have to contact them via email at [email protected]. However, no one responds to multiple emails.

Please work on quality control

Shipped fast and I love that the ends of the laces were tied so I don’t undo the lacing when I’m sliding into it

Never even got it on. Took forever to loosen and still needed more to even get in. Will absolutely never wear this because it takes an hour to get on. Never even got on and was denied a return bc of a “promo” they ran. Complete waste of money!! DO NOT BUY THIS! Run for the hills
