I got sent the wrong sizes, and now that I’m trying to send them back you make it very difficult and nobody answers back to make sure you got my emails with the pictures of the items I need to send back as I was instructed in an email by your company.

One of the words customer services out there, never again

Shipping took three weeks, and the corset arrived too late for what I had planned. I contacted customer service to request a return and they initially responded, but communication stopped after I asked for the return address. I followed up and received no response. It has now been over a week and I still have no way to return the item. Slow shipping, poor communication, and an unresolved return process made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this brand.

There really wasn’t no guidance when selecting a corset size. My weight is up so I chose a larger cup size BC when the course that arrive I tried it on and it was pretty obvious. I needed an a B. I think if there was more guidance on selecting a size, maybe I would’ve gotten the correct size to begin with and then would not consider this a bad experience.

However, customer service only replied the following day, informing me that the parcel had already been shipped and they could no longer cancel it. I received my item, and it looks nothing like what was advertised. The materials feel unbelievably cheap, the construction is sloppy, and the whole thing gives the impression of being mass-produced with zero care or ethical standards. For the price I paid, this is absolutely unacceptable. Customer service was no help at all — no solutions, no support, not even basic professionalism. Once they have your money, you’re on your own. Save yourself the frustration and do NOT buy from this site.
