It is refreshing to have live customer service to talk to! BIG PLUS!!!!! The people i spoke with were patient as I asked questions, gave me a discount as my unit that broke (after 3 yrs of daily use and it accidentally getting knocked over!) couldn't easily be fixed or replaced as it was no longer under warranty.

Dear Vital Red, Received Vital Pro 2.0 yesterday. When I go into setting to change date, time, alarm or anything else the screen locks up and won't clear. I wait a minute or two then power down but the changes never take hold. I did receive the smaller remote but it was loose in box with no battery, no bag or box. I have some batteries but none of them seem to be correct. Any help would be appreciated. Blessings, Retired Navy Veteran.
