I purchased this swimsuit/floating lifesaving device for my 13-month-old grandson, and I am requesting an immediate return and full refund. The item arrived with a hole in the bottom, and after only two days of use, it proved to be unsafe. When my grandson was placed in it, he kept flipping over, which is extremely dangerous for a baby. This product does not feel safe, and I am no longer comfortable using it. I emailed previously about returning it and have not received a response. Please send
