Didn’t work with us when we didn’t understand how to use 3rd party to get our product. Took our money offered no solution or empathy. Said it was my problem if I don’t want to follow steps to get a digital product. What’s a digital product? I ordered cologne, how’s that digital. Offer better service and support after the sale to your older customers and younger that aren’t familiar with all this technology. I’m sticking with trusted sites like Amazon. Keep my money, no refund policy.

False advertising

They are scammers. I paid for a digital bundle and I received a discord link which was invalid. I sent them an email reporting the problem and I didn’t receive any response.
