After ordering, I did not hear anything for awhile. Then I received several shipping notices. I had two different shipping notices, one from China and one from Spain, neither clearly marked from Voisson. I wasted time following up on the Spain shipment, which was a ghost shipment. I followed up on another notification that was the Voisson shipment. It was stressful since I needed the gift before leaving on holiday.
