The first lemon drop earrings I received had one center and a couple of side micropave stones that had dislodged. Customer service asked me to send a picture to the email, which I did, and they were very prompt in sending a replacement. I have had some bad experiences with other companies' customer service on items ordered over Facebook if there was any kind of an issue, and Voisson was great. You have made me a customer for life!
