I emailed customer service within 5 minutes of my original order to update an incorrect shipping address. The items were shipped to the incorrect address . I emailed their customer service 3 times updating the shipping address but no response. I asked for a reply but no one responded. No phone number to contact this company. This was a gift shipped to the incorrect address. Very poor customer service.
