My Gracie seems to be hot all the time as she pants even when inside with the air conditioning on. That's why I was happy to order the cooling mat, but it ended up being a lightweight piece of fabric that she instantly tore up. Your advert made it seem like the best cooling mat available so I ordered two. Big disappointment.
