Customer Service is nonexistent. When you call, they tell you to go online, when you go online you can't what you need. I ordered chef jackets and utility jackets to be embroidered. First time a few months ago it was fine, not the easiest people to work with but fine. This time ordering them, they were sent with no embroidery. Called, they said go online. I go online and it won't give you a full refund so that you can reorder. I have emailed customer service 4 times with no response.
