Perfect. THE BEST. IN EVERY WAY. Am mid 60s, have been battling knee pain for months. Various things have helped but I couldn’t find just the right cold pack until I called Sacksy Thyme and happened to get the owner, Susie, on the phone. She was marvelous in every way, so helpful. Devoted a lot of time to asking what I was looking for and giving me her best recommendation. This really is the best ever: not shocking ice cold, not hard and inflexible, not dripping everywhere, instead the perfect amount of just right cold (I keep it in the freezer) that lasts a good 20+ minutes, enough to reduce swelling, all in a wrap that is large enough to work for almost anything. The image (now that my knees are working well enough to walk) shows it wrapped around to treat a swollen ankle (from my now daily 2 mile walks!). And a great soft removable, washable cover. Perfection. Forget about the rest. Sacksy Thyme is the one.
