I ordered 2 dresses. I kept one and returned one. I think the price these dresses are, they shouldn't be folded up in to a plastic bag - a box would be better. I will now have to have it pressed before wearing. Return through the Post Office was fine, but when I submitted the return form to Jolie Moi, there is no confirmation email, or an email to inform you as to when the refund has been processed. There is no tel number either. Frustrating.
