Easy transaction. I like the website layout and the detailed description of the products. But it can be more organized. One thing I wish can be changed is that certain flavors are hard to find on the website, like Matcha and Chai Spice. It wasn’t listed like the others, had to find them through the search button. It wasn’t listed under the seasonal section either. Hope this helps.

I was very excited when I ordered my Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser Set. Unfortunately, I ordered the Pebble and received the Chalk. Additionally, I never received the tote in the order. I have not used the Velvetiser and still have the original packaging. I hope I can return the Chalk Velvetiser and get the Pebble plus get the tote this time.
